NEW BEGINNER POLE DANCE
No dance or fitness background necessary! New Beginner Pole Dance is designed for complete newbies and pole ‘virgins’! Start with a fun, warm-up then strap on your stilettos to learn sexy walks and dance moves, body rolls, pole tricks, spins, sits and climbs! Put everything together into a sexy routine that you add onto each week.
EXOTIC BURN
This is TOO HOT to handle! Slow, sexy, seductive and purely on the floor. Learn a new exotic dance routine each week. Please wear heels or socks. Knee pads high recommended.
SLOW N SULTRY
Slow N Sultry is a combination of exotic floor-work and slow, sultry pole dance.
CHAIRLESQUE
Learn the art of chair dance using the pole from time to time, combining sexy dance moves with chair tricks, floor work, body rolls and leg work. Learn a brand new routine each week!

We offer classes in an 8 week series. This is the best way to progress safely and effectively, building onto your skills that you learned the previous week. We teach a full pole dance routine over the 8 weeks, giving you an amazing cardio and strength endurance workout!
