ROCK N POLE HIGH SCHOOL (RNPHS) TERMS & CONDITIONS

Event Dates: September 19–21, 2025

1. AGREEMENT

An agreement is deemed to have been created between Rock N Pole High School (RNPHS) and the student (the Student) upon the Student completing registration and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. RNPHS, its employees, contractors, and volunteers reserve the right to refuse entry to the event of any Student, or other person, deemed to be in breach of these terms.


2. WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR REGISTRATION

The RNPHS Registration Fee includes:

  • SIX workshops with every instructor, tailored for all levels, starting from high-level beginner and up.

  • Small workshop class sizes (only 9 people per workshop).

  • Friday Night Homecoming Dance Party: Includes drinks, nibbles, karaoke, and more.

  • Saturday Night Showcase: Perform in the Student Showcase and enjoy guest appearances.

  • Swag Bag with a Sequin Pole Bag, signed commemorative poster, sexy pasties, and a pair of thigh-high silver SHOWPONY glitter sleeves.

  • Showgirl Photoshoot with Radiant Photography (includes hair and makeup, 30-minute session, 3 edited high-res images, with the option to purchase more).


3. ACCOMMODATIONS

RNPHS does not provide accommodations. All attendees are responsible for booking and paying for their own lodging. No housing is arranged or included in the registration fee. RNPHS is not liable for any housing arrangements made by participants, nor does it endorse or manage any accommodation providers.


4. REGISTRATION, PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS

  • Registration must be completed via https://cleosrocknpole.com/pages/rnphs.

  • Full payment is required to secure your spot.

  • Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Payment plan options may be available—see current website info.

  • All payments are non-refundable, but transfers are permitted with written approval (see Transfers section).

  • RNPHS reserves the right to refuse or cancel registration if a participant violates these Terms.


5. TIMETABLE

  • Students will receive their individual schedules prior to the event.

  • RNPHS may adjust workshop content, instructors, or schedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Students will be notified of significant changes as soon as possible.


6. TRANSFERS

  • Name transfers are allowed up to 30 days before the event.

  • Transfer requests must be in writing and approved by RNPHS.

  • A $20 transfer fee applies and must be paid within 7 days of approval.

  • The original student is responsible for ensuring the new participant agrees to these Terms.


7. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

  • RNPHS and its contractors may photograph or record during the event.

  • By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in promotional materials.

  • Attendees may take respectful photos/videos during the event, but must not disrupt workshops or invade others’ privacy.

  • All RNPHS workshop content is protected and may not be recorded or used for commercial purposes without written permission.


8. SAFETY, ETIQUETTE, & CODE OF CONDUCT

  • Students must only participate within their personal limits of fitness and health.

  • Participation while under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.

  • Students must wear safe, appropriate attire. Oily or slippery skin products are not permitted.

  • RNPHS reserves the right to remove any student for unsafe behavior, harassment, or rule violations without refund.


9. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

  • Students attend at their own risk and must assess their fitness to participate.

  • RNPHS, its employees, contractors, and volunteers are not liable for injury, loss, or damages during the event.

  • By registering, you indemnify RNPHS from any liability or claims arising from your participation.


10. FORCE MAJEURE

RNPHS is not liable for cancellation or changes due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, venue issues, or other force majeure events. In such cases, RNPHS may reschedule or modify the event.


11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the state of California.
