What forms of payment do you take?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

 

Can I cancel my yearly or monthly subscription at any time?

Yes you can! Log in to your CRNP account, go to Dashboard > Billing > Change Plan > Cancel Membership. Once you have unsubscribed, your subscription will continue for the remaining month/year in which you have already paid for. If you subscribed via the APP store or Google Play you will need to cancel via the subscription settings in your phone.

 

If I cancel my subscription do I get a refund for the remaining time left?

No, but you will have access for the duration of your monthly/yearly subscription in which you have already paid.

 

If I forget to cancel, can I get a refund?

CRNP TV is strictly non-refundable. So please make sure you cancel prior to your renewal date if you do not wish to continue for another billing period.

 

If I have a monthly subscription, how can I change it to an annual subscription?

Log in to your CRNP account, go to Dashboard > Billing > Change Plan > Choose Plan (selecting the plan you’d like to switch to).


Can I share my subscription?

No sharing. Please do not share, give or sell your username and password with anyone else. Excessive viewings or logins with multiple users will result in the immediate cancellation of membership with no refund.
 

How do I change my payment details?

Log in to your CRNP account, go to Dashboard > Billing > Use Another Card > Enter Information.

 

How do I add a picture to my profile?

Log in to your CRNP account, go to Dashboard > Profile > select camera icon > upload pic!

 

How can I change my password?

Log in to your CRNP account, go to Dashboard > Password > enter current password > enter new password!

 

How can I change my username?

Please email info@cleosrocknpole.com to request a username change.

 

I am interested in purchasing a subscription to CRNP, but I would like to try it before I commit to it. Is there a free trial period?

Yes! The Free Trial is for 7 days. You will automatically be charged your subscription fee after the 7 day period, unless cancelled.

 

I liked an item one of the instructors is wearing in a tutorial, how can I purchase it?

Underneath each tutorial you will find information on what each instructor is wearing. If the item is by Cleo The Hurricane or sold in the Cleo shop, you can click on the item and it will take you directly to the item to be purchased.

 

Is the yearly/monthly subscription recurring?

Yes. All subscriptions are recurring and billed either every month, every 6 months, or annually. You can cancel at anytime.

 

Can I watch the tutorials on my phone or tablet?

Yes. You can download the Cleo’s Rock N Pole APP via the APP store or Google Play (Apple and Android).

 

Can I download the tutorials?

No, but you can take them anywhere with you. You can log in to CRNP on your phone, tablet, or laptop.

 

Can I transfer my subscription to someone else?

All subscriptions are non-transferable.

 

How can I find out when my subscription ends or renews?

Log in to your CRNP account, go to Dashboard > Billing > scroll to Active Plan and you will see when your next payment is scheduled.
